Founded by homies Ken Tran and TJ Cruz in 2021, our kitchen grew from home-cooked silogs (garlic rice + egg) bowls for friends & family into farmers’ markets, pop-ups/residencies (Deadshot Cocktail Bar/Moxy Hotel) and now a permanent home on North Williams in Portland’s Boise neighborhood.
